仕事内容	ヘルスケア政策に関する情報収集とインサイトの分析、アクションプランの策定をご担当いただきます。 Act as a liaison to internal business functions such as TA， Medicine， CA， coordinating and integrating the wide range of MAHA initiatives. With the understanding of the company-wide and TA/asset/target disease-specific perspectives， organically combines and synchronizes the Healthcare Affairs Plan with other cross-functional plans and ensures that MAHA activities are aligned with the company. strategy and TA/asset strategies， while at the same time， correctly understand the external environment and its changes， and reflect them into the different level of the strategies such as for the company， TA/asset， and MAHA strategy at an early stage.
応募資格	下記すべてに該当する方 ■クロスファンクショナルなマトリックスチームを率いた経験 ■日本の製薬業界の事業環境とヘルスケア/医療政策の展望に関する幅広い知識 ■関連する制度、規則、法律、技術評価方法（例：国・地方予算編成プロセス、国民健康保険制度、薬価算定規則、診療報酬制度、費用対効果分析、医療経済学、アウトカム研究、コンプライアンス規制等）の理解など、日本の製薬業界を取り巻く環境と医療政策に対する幅広い理解 ※コマーシャル、ビジネスサイドにおけるブランド、経営戦略立案経験が有り、ポリシーシェイピングや政策決定に知見がある方、興味がある方も検討可。 ■英語力
